Please do come to the collection point at the airport as soon as possible. The shared transfer service can have a short waiting time. We kindly ask you to come as soon as possible after landing to the driver or to our pickup point.
We offer a SHARED EXPRESS SERVICE WITH MAXIMUM 2 STOPS: If clients arrive with the same plane and or same arrival time and/or same destination this is automatically a SHARED EXPRESS SERVICE. For any other service and related pricing, please do contact by email: [email protected]
The duration of your transfer depends on your destination and can vary between 15 and 120 minutes depending on which choice you make upon your type of service, and also upon the distance between your pick-up point and destination.
If you want to make a stop during your transfer, please speak to the driver to find out how much time it will take and what the conditions are. The location of the additional stop must be in the same destination vicinity as the main stop and will have a maximum duration of 5 minutes. At the pick-up point, it is essential that you will let us know the name of the complex, urbanization, and the full address of your accommodation.
You can change your reservation by contacting our team of customer service via phone or e-mail [email protected] up until 48 hours before your transfer, and, of course, if your changes do not cause additional costs. Modifications are free of charge, in case changing results in a different destination as indicated in your reservation, closer or further away, we will apply the difference and should be paid at the time of making the change.
You can cancel your reservation by contacting us via email [email protected] or phone +34 666 400 800. If we receive your request for cancellation more than 48 hours before the time of your pick-up for the transfer you wish to cancel and we will refund the total amount you paid. We do not make any refund for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the time of the transfer you wish to cancel. In such cases, we send you an email with a confirmation of your cancellation.
Any reservation within 24 hours should be notified by email: [email protected] and asked for availability. Without a confirmation on your availability request your transfer is NOT guaranteed. If your reservation is within 24 hours Do NOT make payment until you have our confirmation. If you have received an email with our confirmation, your transfer is guaranteed, even as your return transfer, if so necessary, we would ask you to do so.
When the flight indicated in your reservation has an acceptable delay (up to 1 h -1.5 h), we reorganise the transfer service so that you will be picked up at the new arrival time. We apply the IATA flight delays definition to the validity of these conditions. If there is more delay or canceled by the airline on the same day we will schedule a new transfer and will provide the necessary invoice/receipt to claim these costs from the airline.
You can pay with your credit or debit card via our reservation system.
In some exceptions you can pay by cash at your pick-up point.
Children and babies, regardless of their age, will occupy a seat in the vehicle during the transfer, so you will have to include them in the total number of passengers during your booking process.
We avail of the recommended booster seats for children weighing between 15 and 36 kg (of approximately 4-11 years of age or height up till 120 cm). The baby seats have front view and are suitable for children weighing up to 18 kilograms (of about nine months to 4 years of age). We ask you to specify in your reservation how many seats for children or babies you need. We always try, whenever possible, to provide the seats for children/babies you reserved. There are extra charge s for the use of booster seats or baby seats. The drivers of Canary Transfer Services always comply with the regulations in the license for each vehicle according to the Local Law.
This should always be communicated in the reservation or via email. Each sport equipment has a additional charge.
If possible, our drivers are waiting for you in the arrival hall from the airport, holding up a sign with the individual name of each passenger or with ‘Canary Transfer Services’ or go to our representative at the counter. If you cannot locate the driver please call +34 666400800.
We offer, where possible, a door-to-door transfer service, and, therefore, the driver will pick you up and drop you off at the address you indicated in your reservation. Should the location not be accessible, your destination or pick-up point will be to as close as possible.
Possible reasons for not being able to comply with the door-to-door transfer service may be that some access might be temporarily restricted, your accommodation is in a place where regular cars cannot enter or might be prohibited. Or the location is in a pedestrian zone, or we might not be able to come or drive the vehicle to the address (mainly if it were a large vehicle). Your pick-up point for your return will be the same as your ‘drop off point’. Our driver will do anything possible to pick you up or bring you as close as possible to your accommodation.
The transport of luggage and other belongings are under your exclusive control, and we are never responsible for any loss or damage. Your private insurance which you contracted before the trip can cover your losses or costs.
Should you forget any belongings in the vehicle, please contact us via email or our phone number. We will contact the driver to check if the object has been found in the vehicle. If that were the case, we would let you know how to get back your belongings.
Only guide dogs or assistance dogs are allowed, but need to be communicated in a separate email to [email protected] before you book your transfer.
